1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Apnea Core, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Apnea Core is a training tracking platform for freedivers. It allows users to log training sessions, track personal bests, monitor performance metrics, and connect with other freedivers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Apnea Core. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at hello@apneacore.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Safety disclaimer

Freediving is an inherently dangerous activity. Apnea Core provides training tracking tools only. It does not replace professional freediving instruction, qualified supervision, or medical advice.

Always dive with a trained buddy. Never freedive alone. We are not liable for any injury, accident, or death arising from freediving activities tracked or suggested through this application.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Post abusive, harassing, or offensive content in community features
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the training data and content you submit to Apnea Core. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Apnea Core available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apnea Core is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
