What Apnea Core does

Training tables, logbook, coach metrics and community, in one app built for freedivers.

The video is loaded from YouTube when you press play.

Training tables

CO₂, O₂, Mix and Wonka tables built on your own static personal best. Pick the difficulty and the number of rounds: more rounds change the volume of the session, never how hard the peak is. Voice cues are available. No signal at the pool or at sea? Your session and its feedback stay on the phone and sync when you are back online.

Logbook

Log sessions, including several dives in one, in static, dynamic, depth and FREE training (pool and dry), with buddy, duration, distance or depth, RPE and notes. See sessions, averages and bests at a glance, and how your breath-hold duration and effort evolve. Bring your history with you: import from CSV, UDDF (Subsurface, MacDive and other dive-log software), Garmin, Cressi or Suunto, and export your dives as CSV or PDF.

Coach

After each session you rate comfort, relaxation, fatigue and contractions. Apnea Core turns that into a training status (Progress, Maintain or Recovery) and three numbers: Comfort Index, Recovery and CO₂ Tolerance, each with its trend. Your own data, not a generic plan.

Freediver Intelligence

A free, automatic AI summary of how your training is going: how often you train, how demanding your table sessions are getting, the balance between CO₂ and O₂ tables, and whether your personal best has stalled while you keep training. It updates daily, only when there is something new to report. It looks at the table sessions you complete in Training, not at the Logbook.

Groups, community and events

Share a session, ask a question, connect with other freedivers and join groups. Browse events and see who is online.
